1. Shipping and Dispatch

Orders under ₹1555 have a flat shipping charge of ₹95 PAN India.

Dispatch timelines:
Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 working days
Customised / Personalised items: 5–7 working days (good things take time!) -

Actual delivery depends on your pincode and the courier partner, but we try our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.
2. Returns and Replacement Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair process, we kindly request all customers to record an unboxing video when opening their package, without cuts or edits of course. This video is mandatory for any claims related to:

Has a manufacturing defect
Please note:

The video must clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the items received.

Claims without video proof will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

All concerns must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Replacement Policy :
We pack our pieces with care, so breakage is rare. But if something does arrive damaged, we’d be just as heartbroken as you. Please write to us at hello@madrasfinds.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll review it and email you if a replacement is approved.
A gentle heads-up : We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects as each piece is handcrafted, so gentle variations in colour, texture, and minor imperfections are a natural part of the process.
3. Return and Replacement Approval Process

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed.
Every piece is prepared and packed especially for you.

6. Lost or “Delivered but Not Received” Orders
If your package shows Delivered but hasn’t reached you:

Look for delivery at the nearest access point

Sometimes couriers mistakenly mark a package delivered one day early

Customs timelines can be unpredictable, sometimes quick, sometimes taking up to weeks. For any extended delays, kindly reach out to your local customs office, as we wouldn't be allowed to contact them on your behalf.

Duties & Taxes Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are not included in your order or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders are not eligible for replacements.
