Domestic Shipping
Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the product. Ready-to-ship items are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, while customised or made-to-order pieces may take 5–7 business days. You’ll receive updates along the way so you can track your order with ease. If you require express delivery, please write to us at hello@madrasfinds.com and we will try our best to accommodate it. Additional charges may apply.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For international shipping costs, please email us at hello@madrasfinds.com. Kindly note that international orders are not eligible for replacements. Customs clearance timelines vary by country and can sometimes take longer than expected. For significant delays, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office, as we’re unable to intervene directly.

Customs & Duties
Customs regulations differ from country to country and are governed by local authorities. Any import duties, taxes, or additional charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.

Failed Deliveries
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds for packages lost in transit. If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, we’re unable to issue a replacement or refund. Orders returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or recipient unavailability can be re-shipped once received at the Madras Finds studio; a re-shipping fee will apply. We kindly request you to ensure that your delivery details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or additional charges.
